What size should I order?

We know that ordering clothing online can be a difficult process, and we want to make it as simple as possible. On each product page, you will find a sizing chart with measurements, and we recommend you watch this video for help determining your size.

Do you offer larger sizes?

Yes! We have separate listings for our extended sizing. Click here to see the items that we offer in plus sizes.

How does shipping work?

Shirts ship for $2.99, and sweatshirts ship for $5.00. Everything else ships for FREE! International shipments vary based on location. Learn more about our shipping rates here!

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders with the U.S. will arrive within 7-14 days. Our apparel is printed on demand and shipped from an outside manufacturer, and production times may vary based on busyness of the season. To see how our shirts are manufactured, check out this cool video of the printing process!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world!

Why are my items coming in separate shipments?

Many of our items ship from outside suppliers. For example, our sweatshirts are manufactured in a different location than our short-sleeved shirts, and most everything else on our store ships from our home!

Why does my order not have a tracking number?

Most of our items ship with a tracking number, but a few smaller items, including paintings, stickers & decals ship in a flat envelope and do not have tracking information. If you are concerned that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@thefreylife.com.

Why does my shirt smell like vinegar or have a residue around the design?

You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue on your shirt or sweatshirt. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

My order arrived damaged... what should I do?!?

Send an email to support@thefreylife.com, and we will take care of replacing your damaged item asap!

What are the recommended washing instruction for my new shirt?

We recommend machine wash your Frey Life apparel in cold or warm water, and hang your shirt to dry! We do NOT recommend putting your shirt or sweatshirt in the dryer in order to best preserve the shape & printing!

The item that I wanted is out of stock. Will it be coming back?

Many of our items are available for a limited time, and we cannot guarantee that the item that you wanted will return to the store. However, it is helpful to know which products our customers are interested in, so shoot us an email and let us know what you'd like to see come back!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns on a case-to-case basis. If your order arrived damaged or if you are not satisfied with your item, please reach out to us at support@thefreylife.com.

Where does the money from my purchase go?

10% of the profits from your order will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (www.cff.org). The rest of the profits support Peter & Mary and their continued work on YouTube at The Frey Life.
